I recently brought my watch in to be repaired as I had dropped it pretty hard and it was not running right.  I specifically sought out a watch repair shop that seemed to know what they were doing, as it is a watch a care deeply about and didn’t want just anyone opening up.  Growing up with family in the jewelry business and knowing what to look for in a serious jewelry/watch shop, I instantly knew that it was the right place when I walked in as it is a small family owned shop, with decades in the business.

They were very quick about giving me an estimate and had my watch ready within a few days.  All of the staff I was in contact with about the watch were extremely helpful and nice.  They spoke with me in the store as if I was a friend and not just another customer.

Hopefully won’t have to get my watch fixed anytime soon but when it happens I will be back.
