📋 Return Guidelines

Strap Orders: Straps are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To receive a refund, items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Include photos of the issue so we can fast-track a resolution for you.
💰 Fees & Shipping Costs

Restocking Fees: A restocking fee (typically $10 or 10% of the purchase price) may apply to returns.

Note: Restocking fees are waived for item exchanges or if the return is due to our error.

Shipping & Labor Charges: Shipping and labor fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
