At Boston Watch Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy guidelines below.

📋 Return Guidelines

  • Strap Orders: Straps are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To receive a refund, items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Include photos of the issue so we can fast-track a resolution for you.

💰 Fees & Shipping Costs

  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee (typically $10 or 10% of the purchase price) may apply to returns.

    • Note: Restocking fees are waived for item exchanges or if the return is due to our error.

  • Shipping & Labor Charges: Shipping and labor fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

🔄 How to Start a Return

  2. Pack Safely: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original condition.

  3. Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
