Just received my Oris watch back from you guys and wanted to thank you for being so great to work with!
You were able to buff out all the little surface scratches on my band, etc. and made the watch looks brand new … plus it is winding, adjusting time, etc. MUCH easier than it was when I sent it in. I guess I didn’t realize how bad it had gotten!
Return packaging with the Oris softcase will be great for shipping for future servicing with you guys.
Thanks for the great communication throughout the process. Love being able to check status on the web and appreciate being able to pay online after the work estimate had been made.
Your attention to detail throughout the process did not get unnoticed by me, thank you!

I received the watch today, I really appreciate you and The Watchmaker in refreshing the case again. It looks so much better, with no spotty polish/rough spots. Also it was a pleasant surprise to get a call from the technician worked on the watch to explain the bezel could not be removed. This is by far the best customer service I have received from any watchmaker.

My watched stopped suddenly, so I searched for a place to have the battery changed and was in the Stoneham area, so I stopped in at The Watchmaker. They appeared very friendly and professional, gave me a printed receipt, took my cell phone number, and I left to walk around while they checked out my watch.
About 20 minutes later, they called me back to the store. It turned out my battery was fine, they cleaned and adjusted a few things and sent me on my way, without charging me a dime. My watch now works perfectly well. I will definitely go back whenever I have any watch issues and would highly recommend The Watchmaker in Stoneham.
I had a good experience with the Watchmaker. They initially took all the serial numbers and were very thorough in recording every detail of the watch. They meticulous examined my watch and indicated what needed to be replaced. They were very pricey, but the quality of the work was outstanding. The turn around time, however, was slow but that may have been due to the type of watches I was servicing, Rolex Date Just and Rolex Presidential. It took approximately two months to get the watches back but they look and run perfectly. The Watchmaker did something that no other shop I have dealt with has done. They gave me all the original parts packaging from Rolex and all the parts that were replaced. They are not recycling parts, they are replacing the parts with original parts from the manufacturer. That alone spoke volumes to me as to the quality of the work. They’re slow and pricey, but worth every penny. -Manuel F
Staff are knowledgeable, patient & not pushy. Great selection of watches. I bought a watch and returned it same day for another style after returning a gift I bought my wife. They handled the returns effortlessly. Fantastic experience, highly recommended.
I recently brought my watch in to be repaired as I had dropped it pretty hard and it was not running right. I specifically sought out a watch repair shop that seemed to know what they were doing, as it is a watch a care deeply about and didn’t want just anyone opening up. Growing up with family in the jewelry business and knowing what to look for in a serious jewelry/watch shop, I instantly knew that it was the right place when I walked in as it is a small family owned shop, with decades in the business.
They were very quick about giving me an estimate and had my watch ready within a few days. All of the staff I was in contact with about the watch were extremely helpful and nice. They spoke with me in the store as if I was a friend and not just another customer.
Hopefully won’t have to get my watch fixed anytime soon but when it happens I will be back.
I have sent my Luminox watch to Watchmakers for repairs. They are very professional, and prompt to contact you back. I would highly recommend them for any watch repair. Mark N.
