The Watchmaker is happy to assist you in safely and easily sending an item to our Stoneham, MA facility for estimation, service and repair by streamlining the shipping process with this Full Shipping Label.
Once you purchase this item, within 1-2 business days you will be emailed a prepaid USPS Priority label, addressed to The Watchmaker’s Service Department which you can then print and use to send an item in for estimation or warranty service. Please ensure that both your contact information and return address are correctly entered upon checkout, as the label will be sent to the email address you provide. Once the label has been generated, it must be used within 25 days, or it will become inactive, and a new label will need to be purchased and generated. The Watchmaker will not refund a label which has been voided due to inactivity.
Full Shipping Label Instructions:
- Once you receive your Full Shipping Label, check all information to make sure that all fields are accurate.
- Print your Full Shipping Label
- Affix your Full Shipping Label to a parcel no larger than 8″ x 8″ x 8″, containing both the item you are sending in and a copy of The Watchmaker’s Timepiece Repair Form. Do not include any packing materials that you would like to be returned upon completion of the repair (e.g. a display box or travel pouch). All packing material will be discarded.
- Drop off the complete parcel at your local US Post Office location.

Full insurance coverage up to $3000.00.
Signature required upon delivery.
