I couldn’t be more pleased with the service you provided for my Epos chronograph. I have already recommended your shop to several people and will keep it up.
One question… did you adjust the timekeeping? It was already very good, but now it is phenomenal. I just checked after 3 weeks and it is off (slow) by 5 seconds! That exceeds the highest mechanical watch standards by a long margin.
Either I have a rare beast, or you are a magician, or both. I think both.

I just want to thank you for your article on grey market watches because I had no idea this aspect of the industry existed. I placed an order for a Citizen watch (model #: BF0580-57L) on J**.com and it turned out they were getting the watch from “C*******d Watch Store,” which is a grey market dealer. The worst part is, they never stated this during the transaction. I cancelled the order immediately and found your article, which solidified my decision.
Again, thank your for publishing this information because it helps protect consumers like me and also professional watchmakers and salesmen/women such as yourselves.
It’s too bad I live in NYC, if I were in MA I’d stop by your store.

Just got the watch back. Even though the work was a bit pricey, I have to say I am VERY pleased. It literally looks like a brand new watch. I very much appreciate the cleaning you gave the watch and the band. Seriously it looks like I just picked it up from the store. I’m really glad I had you replace the bezel, because those scratches on it really bothered me. My brother, a serious watch guy, gave me that watch for my 50th birthday, and I wear it almost every day so I do very much appreciate your work.

The DeepQuest arrived today. The watch is beautiful and even better than I even expected. I had looked at these for a while, but the price was always a bit intimidating for my budget. Your “Deal of the Day” was by far the best price I have ever seen on a DQ. I’m in the Army and just got official orders for my promotion, so the timing was perfect. I’m hoping that this is the “watch for a lifetime”.

I’ve been wearing my freshly serviced (by you) timepiece for about 24 hours now. When I first put it on I synchronized to an atomic clock app I have. I’ve checked the accuracy four or five times with no more than a one second deviation!!! I gave you a junker and you returned it a chronometer!!!! So happy with your work. Can’t thank you enough!
