recommends that you send the watch via the carrier of your choice, insured
for whatever you feel is the replacement value. Please do not ship the
watch in any packaging that you would like back, it is impossible for us
to keep your watch and it's box together due to the volume of watches that we
handle. After receiving and inspecting your watch we will contact you with a
repair estimate (if requested), usually within 7-10 business days. There is a $25
charge for the estimate, which includes return shipping if the estimate is
declined. Please note items requiring
high value insurance will incur additional shipping charges. Upon approving
your watch repair, we will request a credit card number to begin work. We
accept Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover and personal checks. Please call or
